Kalorama Landscapes is a "Design, Build and Maintenance" company.

Design:   We will create garden plans or construction documents for decks and fences etc..  Large or small, every garden is an opportunity to make something beautiful for you to enjoy. Once we meet and agree on a basic concept and fee, the design process may begin. We believe that a good design has a lot of planning behind it. The more open the discussions, the more productive and beneficial to the design process.

Designs can be presented with perspective drawings and/or elevations, depending on the complexity of the project. The point is to show you the end result in advance, eliminating much of the unknown, and ensuring that you are happy with the  result.

The design fee includes: Site analysis, Concept Presentation, Final Plan and Pricing.

Build:  The Final plan is presented with cost figures broken down by the various elements.  When an agreement is reached,  Kalorama Landscapes will ensure your satisfaction on all aspects of the job, including the permitting process, material selection and quality of work.
